Free GBP Audit · 15 minutes

Find out exactly why your competitors get found first.

In 15 minutes I pull up your Google Business Profile live, walk through the 5 areas below, and flag whatever’s costing you the most. No pitch. No pressure.

If your profile’s genuinely dialed in, I’ll tell you honestly — and we’re done.

The 5 things I check

Each one is a place local businesses quietly lose customers. Here’s what I look at, why it matters, and the red flags.

1

Profile completeness

What I check — Photos, business description, hours, website link, and service categories.

Why it matters — Missing or outdated info here directly reduces how often you show up in local search.

Red flag — Blank or generic description · outdated hours · no website link · thin categories.

2

Review count + velocity

What I check — Where you stand today — and how far you are from the review threshold.

Why it matters — Around 150 reviews is where ChatGPT and Google’s AI Mode start naming local businesses. Most owners don’t know the number exists. Other AI engines pick differently — I’ll show you that too.

Red flag — Review count well below 150 · no steady flow of new reviews coming in.

3

Posting activity

What I check — How recently and consistently you’re posting to your profile.

Why it matters — Google’s algorithm treats inactive profiles as low-priority. If your last post was more than 30 days ago, your visibility is already sliding.

Red flag — Last post 30+ days ago · no regular posting cadence.

4

Directory presence + NAP consistency

What I check — Whether your name, address, and phone number match exactly across the web.

Why it matters — Inconsistencies confuse Google and suppress your local rankings — it can’t trust a business it can’t verify.

Red flag — Conflicting addresses or phone numbers across listings · unclaimed directories.

5

Schema + AI search signals

What I check — Whether your website is sending the right structured data to Google.

Why it matters — This decides whether you’re positioned to show up in AI-generated search results — not just traditional ones.

Red flag — No LocalBusiness schema · nothing telling AI how to describe you.
